Hi, I'm Amrita, a certified leadership coach and career development professional.
I help early- and mid-career professionals land a role they’re excited about and grow into it with confidence.
Here's a bit of my story:
It all started in middle school, when I became a peer counselor. That same desire to support others carried me through law school, where I set out to help people protect their civil rights. I graduated straight into a major economic recession, a crash course in the power of networking, which helped me land my first role and build a career in policy and advocacy in Washington, D.C. I spent five years working at nonprofit organizations, and while I believed deeply in the work, I felt like something was missing.
So I started having conversations. I talked to as many people as I could, got curious about what truly lit me up, and took a leap. I pivoted, joining Georgetown Law as a career and professional development advisor, and that's when it clicked: By supporting others in gaining clarity and building confidence in their careers, I could continue to help people, but in a way that felt more like me.
Since then, I've spent nearly a decade in career and professional development, advising hundreds of professionals on application materials, interview preparation, and networking strategies, making those awkward parts feel less awkward.
After earning my certification in Leadership Coaching, I was eager to work with people not just on finding their next job, but on excelling in the roles they already have. I launched a coaching program for legal professionals and most recently stepped into a role as a Senior Professional Development Manager at a large national law firm.
No matter what your career path has looked like, I'd love to help you build what comes next.
