Hi, I'm Amrita, a certified leadership coach and career development professional.

Here's a bit of my story:

I went to law school because I wanted to "help people,” I just didn't know exactly what that would look like. I started my career in policy and advocacy at nonprofit organizations, and while I believed deeply in the work, I felt like something was missing. Then I took a leap and pivoted into a different lane, joining Georgetown Law as a career and professional development advisor, and that's when everything clicked: helping people gain clarity and build confidence in their career journeys is exactly how I want to help people. 

Since then, I've spent nearly a decade in career and professional development, advising hundreds of professionals on application materials, interview preparation, and networking strategies (even the awkward parts). After receiving my certification in Leadership Coaching, I launched a coaching program for legal professionals looking to excel in their roles, and most recently stepped into a role as a Senior Professional Development Manager at a large national law firm.
